Q: How long have you worked at Thomas Cumberland?
A: A year next month!
Q: What is your background? Where did you work prior to Thomas Cumberland?
A: I worked at Navy Federal Credit Union in the loan department for a few years and then I was in management for a healthcare insurance company for about 12 years. I also work part-time at Planet Fitness, since 2014, but I have always had a passion for the automotive industry!
Q: How would you describe your typical day at Thomas?
A: Challenging but rewarding. You never know what a customer may need or want. Some people come in for general maintenance and some were driving through the area and broke down. It’s rewarding helping customers and giving them a great TC experience.
Q: What sets Thomas Cumberland apart?
A: We genuinely care about our customers and try to do what’s best for their needs whether it is purchasing a new car or servicing.
Q: Why do you like working here?
A: I think the real question is why wouldn’t you like working here? We have the best customers that are like family and all of my co-workers are amazing.
Q: When you are not working, what do you like to do? Who do you spend your time with?
A: When I’m not at work, I enjoy road trips with my friends Jessica, Emma, and Jared, hiking, going to the gym, and spending time with my dog, Darla.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
A: In the next ten years, I want to explore, learn, and gain more experience with Thomas Cumberland. My goal is to move higher up in management in the future.
